SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Scorched Earth Spice Co. products are produced and packed in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During product launches, limited releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
SHIPPING
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information will be included when available.
Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by Scorched Earth Spice Co.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us at scorchedearthspiceco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the product and shipping packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.
For packages that appear lost in transit, contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Because our products are food products, packages should not be left exposed to excessive heat or weather conditions for extended periods after delivery. We recommend retrieving your package as soon as reasonably possible.
