RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because Scorched Earth Spice Co. products are consumable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We stand behind what we send out. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at scorchedearthspiceco@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. Once reviewed, we may replace the affected product or issue a refund at our discretion.

FOOD SAFETY

If a product arrives with a broken seal, damaged container, signs of tampering, or anything else that causes you to question its safety, do not consume it. Contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds for personal taste preferences, heat tolerance, or changes of mind. Our CONDITION system is designed to help you choose the heat level that's right for you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
